2. Product Availability & Pricing

  • All products are subject to availability.

  • Prices are listed in PKR (Pakistani Rupees) and are inclusive of applicable taxes.

  • We reserve the right to modify prices or discontinue products at any time without prior notice.

3. Order Confirmation

  • Orders are confirmed only after payment verification (in the case of online payment) or upon successful submission (for COD).

  • We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order due to product unavailability, incorrect pricing, or suspicious activity.

4. Shipping

  • We currently ship only within Pakistan.

  • Shipping charges are based on standard market rates and are shared with customers before dispatch.

  • Estimated delivery time is 3–7 business days after order processing.

5. Payments

We offer two payment methods:

  • Cash on Delivery (COD)

  • Online Payments via secure payment gateways

Note: In case of online payment failures, Seep is not liable for delays caused by third-party payment processors.

6. Returns & Exchanges

  • Items can be exchanged or returned under specific conditions.

  • Please refer to our Return & Exchange Policy for detailed terms.

  • No refunds are offered for worn, damaged, or customized items.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this site—including images, text, logos, and designs—is the property of Seep and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without permission.
