At Seep, we strive to ensure that you love what you order. Each piece is carefully crafted and quality-checked before dispatch. However, if you face any issues with your order, please review our policy below.
Exchange-Only Policy
We currently operate on an exchange-only basis. Refunds are not offered.
You may request an exchange if:
You received a wrong item, wrong size, or wrong color.
The product is damaged or defective upon delivery.
You need a different size of the same item (subject to availability).
How Long Do You Have?
Exchange requests must be made within 3 days of receiving the order.
The product must reach us within 7 days after your request is approved.
Exchange Conditions
To be eligible for an exchange:
The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original packaging.
All original tags and labels must be intact.
We reserve the right to reject any return that does not meet our criteria.
Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns or exchanges for:
Sale or discounted items
Customized or altered products
Items returned without original tags or packaging
Who Pays for Return Shipping?
If the item is damaged or sent incorrectly, Seep will cover the return shipping cost.
For size or style exchanges, the customer bears the return shipping fee.
How to Request an Exchange

Include your order number, the reason for exchange, and pictures (if needed)
Wait for our confirmation before sending the product back
Processing Time
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, the replacement will be dispatched within 3–5 business days, subject to stock availability.
